1. Do you ship to the UK?

Yes. We ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • UK standard delivery: 5–12 business days
  • Remote areas (e.g. Highlands, Islands): up to 15 business days
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

3. Where are orders shipped from?

Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment centres located in China, the United States, or the EU depending on stock availability.

4. Is tracking included?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

5. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We offer a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery for UK customers. Contact us at info@footnity.com and our team will arrange the replacement.

6. Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • Refunds require the product to be returned to our international return centre in China.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

8. Are taxes and duties included?

VAT is included for UK customers. In rare cases, customs inspections may apply to certain regions or high-value orders.

9. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped.

10. Is Footnity a UK company?

No. Footnity is a U.S.-registered LLC that provides service internationally, including the UK. We operate the website footnity.uk to offer a local shopping experience.

12. Do you offer warranties?

All products include a standard quality guarantee. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
