Footnity is a U.S.-based limited liability company operating internationally, including within the United Kingdom. Although we serve UK customers via footnity.uk, we do not operate as a UK corporation. All customer support is provided via email: info@footnity.com.
2. Use of the Website
By using this website, you confirm that:

- You will not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

3. Product Information & Availability
We strive to display product colours, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit quantities at any time.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in British Pounds (£). We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and others displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, or refuse/cancel orders if fraud or incorrect pricing is suspected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from our international warehouses (including China, the U.S. or Europe). Delivery times are typically 5–12 business days.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers or incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders.
✔ If your shoes don’t fit, we offer a free size exchange within 30 days — no return shipping costs for exchanges.
✔ If you prefer a refund instead, the product must be returned to our global warehouse in China. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
✔ Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
*Return shipping address in China will be provided upon request by email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Footnity is not responsible for lost return parcels.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images and designs on footnity.uk are the property of Footnity and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Footnity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total purchase amount of your order.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
