Throughout these Terms, “Footnity”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NorthBridge Global LLC trading as Footnity.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK consumer law.

1. Our Online Store

Footnity is an online footwear retailer serving customers in the United Kingdom.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing information, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and minor product details may vary where they do not materially change the product.

2. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

3. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total price payable will be shown before you complete your order.

Applicable taxes and any delivery charges payable by you will be displayed before you place your order where required.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before dispatching the order and allow you to purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment or dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
  • delivery cannot be made to the address supplied.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers.

6. Delivery

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, high order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.

7. Your Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • name;
  • delivery address;
  • postcode;
  • email address; and
  • any other information reasonably required to deliver your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

8. Your Right to Cancel

UK consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.

In addition to those statutory rights, Footnity offers a 30-day return period beginning on the date your order is delivered.

For instructions and the correct return address, contact:

info@footnity.uk

Please do not send a return to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Our return facility may be located at a different address.

Further information is contained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where required by law.

If an item arrives:

  • faulty;
  • damaged;
  • materially different from its description; or
  • different from what you ordered,

please contact us at info@footnity.uk.

Your statutory rights, including rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not restricted by our voluntary returns policy.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • only one discount code may be applied per order;
  • discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively;
  • promotions may be withdrawn or amended before an order is placed.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual Property

All original website content belonging to Footnity, including branding, graphics, layout, text and other material, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our protected content without permission.

Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, security, updates or other legitimate business purposes.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use services supplied by third parties, including payment providers, delivery partners, analytics providers and ecommerce technology providers.

We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites that you choose to visit through external links.

14. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or for business losses suffered by a consumer purchasing primarily for personal use.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay affects your order, we will comply with your applicable legal rights and work to provide an appropriate solution.

16. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

17. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact:

info@footnity.uk

Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

18. Governing Law

These Terms do not remove any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable to UK consumers.

If you live in the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts applicable to the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.

The version in force when you place your order will normally apply to that order.
