30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to love your Footnity purchase. If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund.
1. Free Size Exchange (UK Customers)
Ordered the wrong size? No problem.
- We offer one free size exchange per order within 30 days of delivery.
- We cover the shipping cost for sending the new size to you.
- The product must be in original condition, unworn and with packaging intact.
2. Refunds – 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us at info@footnity.com within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned to our international returns facility.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Important: Refund returns are sent to our Return Centre in China. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Footnity is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
(Return address will be provided via email after refund request approval.)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, worn or damaged items not caused by delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Final Sale or Clearance items (if clearly marked at checkout).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Email us within 7 days at info@footnity.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before shipment is processed.
- After 12 hours, the order may have already been shipped and cannot be cancelled.
6. How to Start a Return or Refund

- Full name and email used for purchase
- Order number
- Reason for exchange or refund
- Photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect size)
