1. Where We Ship

Footnity currently ships to:

  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
  • United States & Canada
  • Selected EU countries
  • Australia & New Zealand

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at info@footnity.com.

2. Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

3. UK Delivery Times

All UK orders are shipped from our international fulfilment centres (China, USA or EU depending on stock levels). Typical delivery times:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 5–12 business days
  • Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands): up to 15 business days

*During holiday periods, customs checks or severe weather, delays may occur beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after dispatch.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free UK Shipping is available during promotions (when stated at checkout or on-site).
  • If shipping is not free, costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Footnity is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All UK orders include VAT where required.
  • In rare cases, additional customs charges may apply if you are located outside mainland UK. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us at info@footnity.com with your order number.
  • We will contact the courier and provide support to resolve the issue.

9. Order Changes

  • We can correct your address or cancel the order within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, the order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee changes.
